Healthy low cal meals??

Afternoon! Loving all these blogs, great motivation! I had a super healthy lunch today and burned 600 calls at the gym this morning, running, weights, cardio and swimming. I cook for myself most of the time, but recently trying to think of low cal meal ideas dinner really, do you guys just stick to protein fruit, and veg? I’m 5’3 and on a good day 105 pounds but it fluctuates to 108. Would like to get to 95 or under…. I exercise every day and try to keep my cala below 1000 any tips would be greatly appreciated!
